Where did people go during socialism when they wanted to take a break from reality? To the mountains, to the lakes, to country cottages, or backpacking around the country. Most of them could only dream of a seaside holiday. And some of those who made it abroad, decided never to return. This selection of short films and one film journal was compiled from the archives of the Slovak Film Institute by the film historian Eva Filová.
