Hana and her brothers is often referred to as the first full-length Slovak queer film. It is an amusing and peculiarly poetic story about the first steps towards adulthood, about finding one's place in the world and the possibilities of real freedom. Martin, a student at the Academy of Performing Arts, struggles with chaos in his own sexuality and with family problems until he finds a soulmate in a local cabaret.
