Fantastic Mr. Fox is the first stop-motion animated comedy in the filmography of Wes Anderson, although one could easily say that even when the colorful director works with real actors in reality he is – literally speaking – miles away from being realistic. The contemporary master of synthetic perfection, visual humour, impeccable composition and rythm of dialogues, steps into the world of savage and neurotic fauna fighting in an elegant manner with their own nature.
