A banned film from 1968, it is an adaptation of a novella by Leonid Nikolayevich Andreyev from the period of the Russian occupation. This psychological drama represents a deep dive into the souls and memories of seven people sentenced to death who are waiting together but at the same time each of them is alone behind their own walls of fear, nothingness and anxiety.
